Highly recommended

I rented this property for 5 months as I was transitioning from out of state to Nashville and it was a fantastic experience. The house is exactly as described in the listing and the pictures are accurate. It was fully furnished with everything I needed. My dog really enjoyed the fenced in yard and I enjoyed being able to easily play ball. My favorite part is the outdoor space … perfect for entertaining but also a great spot for working outside and relaxing. The location is perfect as it is close to all the great restaurants and music venues in East Nashville and just a short ride away to the downtown area. Traffic in the area was much better than other parts of Nashville which is a huge plus! Logan was great at communication. Anytime I had a question he was quick to reply. When I moved in there was a minor issue with one of the appliances and Logan had someone there to check it out that same day. I highly recommend this spot!
