My part of Lakewood is the best of suburbs. I have great neighbors, it's pretty quiet and the sort of place I feel safe leaving the doors and windows open if I don't want to run AC. It's a stone's throw from Belmar for all your dining and shopping needs, and has good accessibility to bike arteries to get you into town.
