Versatile room featuring an IKEA Hemnes twin day bed that cleverly pulls out into a queen when you have company. For the WFH days, there's an electric standing desk. In the summer months, in addition to central AC, you'll appreciate the fan in the room! Honestly this is probably the best room in the house, it gets great sun, but it's furthest from the street, so it's quiet and you don't pick up a bunch of street noise.

Neighborhood overview
My part of Lakewood is the best of suburbs. I have great neighbors, it's pretty quiet and the sort of place I feel safe leaving the doors and windows open if I don't want to run AC. It's a stone's throw from Belmar for all your dining and shopping needs, and has good accessibility to bike arteries to get you into town. Levitt Pavillion is pretty close and the summer concert series is top notch, and I'm reasonably close to 6, ...
