PERFECT!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! Everything was so amazing with my stay here. April is so nice, and willing to accommodate anything really. She worked with me on deposit payments bc I had to leave a terrible renting situation quickly. She made me feel so “at home”. The apartment is amazing! So beautiful, and set up perfectly for medical travelers. Very nice area! Everything you could need, or want, is within a mile. Food, shopping, and the hospital very close by. I didn’t want my contract to end partially bc I didn’t want to leave the apartment! I’m not sure how the previous renter could have left that review of the property, or of April. My experience was nothing like what she mentioned. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to lawrenceville. If I ever come back, I definitely know where I want to stay! Once again, this place is PERFECT! Landlord is amazing! 5 stars across the board!

Beware beware beware!!!!

Landlord was always needing access the unit for fabricated repairs. Personal items disappears from the unit. I was sued by the landlord for leaving earlier than anticipated. I could not get out fast enough. I did not feel safe here. I was also charged additional made up fees.

Cozy apartment, great location

This apartment is a gem. It's cozy, the furniture is comfortable, and it's very close to the hospital! April is very responsive and fixes any issues that arise fast. She is great to work with. I will definitely be putting this apartment on my list for any future travel contracts in Lawrenceville!
