Our stay was great. Jason’s place is exactly as advertised- it’s comfortable, convenient to public transit and lots of markets, and very clean. Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay — Highly Recommended
My family stayed in this unit for one month before moving into our new home in the East Bay area. The property was perfect for our family — conveniently located for my daughter’s school and close to grocery stores and other essentials. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very pleasant. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was very well maintained, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with all the essentials, making the space feel both practical and welcoming. The host was truly outstanding — responsive, attentive, and incredibly considerate throughout our stay. Exceptional 7-Month Stay — Highly Recommend
I stayed at this property for 7 months, and it truly felt like home. The home looks exactly as described and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable extended stay. It was thoughtfully stocked and very well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable, which makes a big difference during a long-term stay, and the pullout couch is a great option if you have guests visiting. The space is both functional and cozy. The neighborhood felt very safe, with lots of people out walking their dogs and a welcoming community vibe. I never experienced any issues during my entire time there. The host was exceptional — extremely responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Communication was always easy, and any questions were handled quickly. If I’m ever back in the Bay Area, I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable rental with an extremely pleasant host.
