Cozy house with Amazing views and Location

I had an amazing experience living here. The location is perfect - only about a 15-minute walk to UMD and close to bus stops that take you across the city. The view of the lake right outside the house is absolutely beautiful and easily one of the highlights of the place. Inside, the house is very spacious with a big kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a roomy living area that made it feel like home right away. The lack of AC wasnt really an issue, except for a couple of weeks during summer heatwaves, and even then a tower fan and open windows did the trick. The only small drawback was that the washrooms were a bit on the smaller side, but they were still completely functional and never caused any problems. The landlord was outstanding - always responsive and quick to help whenever needed. Highly recommend!
