This studio is warm and inviting and very tranquil. There are two patios , one with a fountain. A single occupancy preferred. The studio has been equipped with sheets, towels, kitchenware, silverware, cleaning supplies, etc- making moving in very easy! There are vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. Very quiet neighborhood and great neighbors! Property is also close to everything.......minutes to grocery store, beach, laundromat...

Great Place!!
I stayed in the studio for 3 months and it was really great. Very pleasant location in a quiet neighborhood while being in close proximity to Carmel and Monterey. Really nice if you're looking for both short term and long term stays. The host, Mandy was very accommodating and provided anything that was needed. Bed, sofa, private bathroom, kitchen, and a nice area outdoors to hang out. Thank you Mandy for being such a great host!

I stayed at Mandys property in June, July and August of 2025. Mandy was very accommodating and accessible for any questions that arose. The property is very quiet and comfortable in a very peaceful setting while still being close to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and accessible to Monterey and the county. I would recommend this property to anyone for a short or long-term needs. Thank you for allowing me to stay on your property Mandy.
