The upstairs is private with a bedroom and bathroom. New comfy couch in the living room with smart TV. Full kitchen with working appliances. The deck has new furniture and is perfect for time outside socializing, wine night or reading book/driving coffee in the mornings.
We are close to downtown Longmont, but still far enough away that it is quiet at night. Great views of the mountains.

Wonderful Stay in Cozy Home
A colleague and I rented Morgan's home while we were in town for work training. It is beautiful and was perfect for the two of us. It is modern, uncluttered and cozy. I loved the location and the short drive into Boulder was beautiful. Any store you could want or need is close by. We took a wrong turn one morning down a farm road and discovered lots of hidden gems on the way such as a roadside honey stand and a flower farm. Morgan was a wonderful host! She was super easy to work with and responsive. I'd be delighted to stay at her home again.
