Perfect for travel healthcare or students!

My co-intern and I stayed here for 4 months and it was great. Very comfortable living situation both in and out. Gate entry provided us comfort in our safety. We never had any issues finding parking on the street right outside. Neighbors are friendly and never get's crowded, also working 40 hours a week, we only saw our next door neighbors every once in awhile. I loved how close to everything it was and that it was out of the main street. Seriously have no complaints about this place, Sydney is a great landlord. I would recommend this place to anybody, both short and long term, wifi/utility is included, there is laundry on-site, the furnishing is modern and clean. All you need to do is bring the things you love and you'll be set!

The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Communication was always clear and prompt, and any questions or minor issues were handled with care and professionalism. It truly felt like a home away from home peaceful, safe, and well taken care of. If Im ever working in the area again, I would definitely rent from Sydney and Kate without hesitation. Highly recommend!
