Amazing place to stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Linda's place for just over 2 months and it was an amazing stay! The unit is very clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The location is perfect as it is just across the street from Gabriel park and only a short drive to Portland proper. The unit itself is the entire lower level of a bi-level home. The upstairs tenants are a very sweet couple. We had no issues with noise or anything like that. Linda is also the most gracious host I have ever had in my travels and is extremely accommodating. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Vermont St Retreat

We absolutely love this rental property, it's been a perfect fit for us. The space is incredibly clean, bright, and much more spacious than we expected. The appliances are modern and in great condition. The lush, well-maintained landscaping provides wonderful privacy. The location is ideal, just minutes from town, close to restaurants and across the street from Gabriel Park. Linda is lovely and very communicative, always quick to respond and genuinely caring.

Spacious, well-appointed home away from home

Linda and the neighbors upstairs are friendly and welcoming. She has been *extremely* generous and responsive to requests and information. If you are very sensitive to noise, be aware you can hear some muffled conversation, footsteps, and kitchen activity, as would be expected in a basement apartment, but its not bothersome for the average person. Her dog is very quiet and well-behaved. Everything in the apartment is brand new and operating correctly. The neighborhood is serene and beautiful with a large, lovely park and community center for exercise/swimming across the street. Its a great place to stay!
