Excellent Stay for Healthcare Students

I had a great stay! The place felt very homey and I felt safe throughout my time there. The location was a convenient distance from the hospital, which made my commute quick and easy. The landlord was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and convenient stay!

Charming and Quiet

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this space. The main bedroom is large, with a size-able walk-in closet. Each room has lots of thoughtful touches and beautiful designs and furnishings. I loved sitting out on the patio on cool nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking, spacious pantry, and awesome appliances like the ninja foodie. Central air and heat for those fluctuations in weather. Designated parking in a quiet, safe, and gated community. I took the bus/amtrak often and could walk right to the station as well as to the local hospital where I worked. Mervat was one of the best landlords I've ever had. She always worked quickly and diligently to solve any issues I had, which were few. She is kind and thoughtful, as well as accommodating. Anything you need she answers with compassion. If I find myself back in Fresno I wouldn't hesitate to rent with her.
