Amazing Condo!

We've had an outstanding experience renting from Sean! He is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about his tenants. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and thoroughly, and he always communicated clearly about anything happening with the property. The place was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable from day one. The amenities of the property are top tier and the proximity to popular restaurants, bars, etc is perfect. We always felt safe and security on the property was 24/7. Its rare to find a landlord who is both kind and attentive, and we truly felt supported and respected throughout the lease. I would happily rent from him again and highly recommend his property to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy landlord.

really enjoyed my stay here! The location is very reasonableclose to many great restaurants, breweries, and attractions along South Congress. Its tucked in a quiet neighborhood, which made for peaceful evenings. Overall, a great value and a solid choice for anyone visiting Austin.
