I stayed here for 2 months with friends for a summer internship in the medical center. The place was newly redone and had everything we needed. The apartment is a quick walk to a bus stop and is on the brays bayou which made walking home from the medical center enjoyable! Around the apartment there is both an ALDI and an HEB for easy access to groceries. The time at the property was exactly what we needed for the summer and I would easily stay here again if I was in the Houston area again. As a particular note the air condition worked incredibly well so the Houston heat was no problem.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Welcoming

My partner and I stayed here for four months while our home was undergoing renovations, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully cared for throughout our stay. Its location next to the bayou offers beautiful walking trails, and the convenience of being close to a large H-E-B made day-to-day living incredibly easy. The complex also provides secure parking behind automated gates, which added to the sense of comfort and safety. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Overall, this is an affordable, well-kept community and a great place to lease.

Student Rental

My friend and I stayed here for 3 months while on clinical rotation for PT school. The apartment complex was gated and quiet with a super easy commute to the med center! Landlord was very responsive and helpful during our stay!
