Cute and Cozy
This place looks exactly like the pictures. I stayed here for 3 months (Nov-Jan), and I had no major problems. The place is perfect for a single person. It’s clean and cozy, I had peace and quiet. It’s close to the downtown area and also close to the shopping areas. The landlords are very respectful and always there when needed. They allowed me to make the place comfortable according to my own needs. I would stay here again if I’m in the area and would definitely recommend to others.

Cozy Apartment
This apartment is close to the river and a pretty botanical/walking park. I stayed in the apartment on the top floor of the back side of the house, so I had all the peace and quiet I craved. The other neighbor was nice. I had plenty of room for me and my small dog. Make sure to have a tie out if you have a dog since there is a pitbull next door that the neighbors rarely put a leash on. The landlords are extremely nice and available if needed. I enjoyed my stay at this location.
