Love this place!
The studio is very cozy and convenient, especially for people who dont drive much. Its just a few minutes walk to downtown, with plenty of great food options. Its also close to central park and the public library. Jenny and Tony have put a lot of effort into the unit, so it has basically everything you might need. Theyre also incredibly kind and welcoming. Im really glad I got to know them, and I truly love this place.
10/10 Recommend!
This studio has the best location. It's close to downtown while in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Great place for walkers. The unit is well decorated in a warm and cozy style, super comfortable and easy to settle into. Also, the landlords, Jenny and Tony, are the nicest and most friendly people I've ever met. They are thoughtful, generous, and always willing to help. As someone new to the Bay Area, their support made me love this neighborhood and want to stay in this area for a long term.
An Ideal Stay in the Bay Area
This studio is perfectly located. It is right across from downtown San Mateo and incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, parks, and the Caltrain, which can easily take you up to the city or down to South Bay/San Jose. It was an excellent home base for my daily commute to South San Francisco. The neighborhood feels safe and is great for walking or running. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and has everything you might need. Additionally, Jenny, the landlord, was kind, responsive, and always happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I could not recommend this apartment more!
