We loved the space itself and working with Patrick was great! He is attentive, organized and a very nice person! The neighborhood is also amazing, this place couldn't be in a better location. Highly recommend!

Great place and great location!

The apartment is great with lots of natural light in the front and plenty of space. The location is incredible - within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in STL and a short drive/bus ride to the Science Center, Zoo, and Forest Park! The landlord and maintenance folks were always kind, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent property. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The apartment was very clean. Its nestled at the end of a nice, quiet street and I felt very safe walking around in the surrounding neighborhood. You couldnt ask for a better location. This place is within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants and fun cultural activities to partake in. The landlord and maintenance team are very friendly and responsive. Run like a well oiled machine. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and service. The amenities are bountiful and I feel like this location makes for such a good mix of work and play . I would most definitely stay here again or recommend it to my fellow travelers.
