This is an excellent property. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The apartment was very clean. Its nestled at the end of a nice, quiet street and I felt very safe walking around in the surrounding neighborhood. You couldnt ask for a better location. This place is within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants and fun cultural activities to partake in. The landlord and maintenance team are very friendly and responsive. Run like a well oiled machine. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and service. The amenities are bountiful and I feel like this location makes for such a good mix of work and play . I would most definitely stay here again or recommend it to my fellow travelers.

Highly recommend this location as a short term or long term rental. The spot is clean, tidy and well equipped for the next tenant. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and lots of restaurants and amenities nearby.
