Cozy and quiet near the mountains

Great option in Loveland CO

I am an optometry student on clinical rotations and I was looking for a nice space, in a safe location and this place was just that! Courtney was super friendly and made me feel at home right away. She was constantly updating the place with new kitchen appliances and decor. Her dog is super friendly. The space is plenty for 2 people. Its located in a nice area and I would take walks around the neighborhood, especially at night and I never felt unsafe or scared. Its right next to a school and grocery stores are like 5-10 minutes and there were shopping plazas like 10 minutes away so you always were close to anything you needed. My room was a good size and had plenty of storage. You get your own bathroom. The shared living room, dining room and kitchen were spacious. Separate laundry room and there is a basement. I truly don't have anything bad to say and would recommended this place to anyone who doesn't mind living with a roommate and a dog.
