Cozy Home

Great Stay. I felt safe in the area. The place was small, but clean and had all the amenities that I needed ( such as: comfortable bed, washer/dryer, stove, good size fridge, nice bathroom... etc. ) The landlord was attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely come back if I'm in Arizona for an assignment.

Great place

I spent 2 months at the tiny house and have nothing but good things to say about it and the landlord. Any questions I had were answered quickly and communication was very easy. The space is obviously small but it was easy to keep cool, parking was always available, and the neighborhood was very friendly. If you're in need of a place to lay your head while in the Phoenix area and don't mind living cozy for awhile, you'll love the space.
