Very inexperienced Landlord
The property itself is fine. Nice backyard and doggie door for animals. However this landlord is not so great at the details or how to word things in contracts. She does not specify cleaning fees and pet fees accurately. Took her over 2 weeks to get deposit back and I got screwed out of $700 because of it. As a traveler we have to trust the landlord to do the right thing and this landlord did not! There are no directions on which mailbox to use. No internet details or trash day details, you have to find on your own.
