Stayed with this basement unit and it was awesome. You have a very big space to enjoy. I hardly stay in the living room because as a traveling nurse you just want to rest and sleep tight. This place provided that. The owners are approachable and treated me well. Very near St Lukes 5 to 7 minutes by car. I would not choose another place to stay if I'm near St Lukes hospital in Sioux City. They treated me as family. Thank you for the wonderful experience staying at your lovely place. I will miss you guys

Fantastic sanctuary

I rented this basement apartment while I was traveling for work. The owners are very empty nesters and they are very accommodating. This apartment comes with a private entrance or you can go through the home if you prefer. The space comes all of the amenities you think you need and if you think you need anything else Katie will get it for you. No need to go out to wash your clothes, there is a washer and dryer for your use. There is storage, full kitchen with full stove, and refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. The bathroom has a stand up shower but it is cute and equipped with towels and washcloths. The bed is comfortable and the owners provide linen. The space is cozy and quiet. It was my home away from home. I stay for a total of 6 months. Location is 5-10 minutes away from shopping. This apartment will fit for any budget. If this apartment isn't available, ask the owner about there other units. Katie and Russ are awesome!!
