This is a quiet, established neighborhood. It is on a square with only one entrance/exit, so not a lot of traffic. Off of the private entrance is a small outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. There is also a BBQ available for use.

Neighborhood overview
Quiet well established neighborhood, close to the hospital. Very close to several parks and Old Town Cottonwood. Old Town is full of great restaurants, tap rooms, wineries, and shopping. There is a lot of local live music available too. Close to Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff.

Nice Owners, Quiet & Safe Neighborhood
I stayed in Heather and Torys studio for three months after relocating across the country to live in Arizonas Verde Valley (which includes Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome and all the other surrounding towns). Heather and Tory were both respectful, kind, and available to answer questions/requests. The neighborhood was super quiet and I always felt safe and welcome. One of my favorite things about the studio was the amount of storage space. Cottonwood is a really cool place with a fun downtown area, plenty of restaurants, gift shops, galleries, & fall festivals and art shows. The entire Verde Valley has so many things to do and see. I highly recommend visiting and exploring the area.

I stayed with Heather and Tory for a couple contracts and I couldn't have asked for a better home away from home. They are so chill, respectful, and welcoming, and truly made me feel right at home. They were always accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely kind and cool people. Their home is peaceful, clean, and a perfect spot to recharge after long shifts. They have the best recommendations and know the area really well. I absolutely loved my time there and highly recommend staying with them to anyone.
