This Victorian building has all the old classic charm. Healthy steam heat and high ceilings. Property is directly across the street form the Topiary Garden hence the name Topiary Park Studio. Basement has an app for the washer and dryer, very easy to use.

This apartment is compact but has all of the amenities. Gas stove, a/c, smart TV, microwave, full size refrigerator and your own reserved [parking space outside your door. A bathtub if you want to relax in a hot bath. A lounge chair and ottoman and essential for the kitchenette. Great space!

Forestdale Apartments is directly across the street from the gorgeous Topiary Park and 200 yards to Grant Hospital and 100 yards to the Columbus Pubic Library. A very nice setting.

Excellent Studio
I stayed here as a traveling radiation therapist for 3 months. The studio was excellent! It had everything I need and was in an area of town that has great access to the downtown area. I road my bike to work at OSU Hospital everyday. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who needs a place to stay!

Great apartment!
I loved this compact apartment. It had everything that I needed, it was clean, secure, and quiet. I always felt safe. There is a really cute topiary park across the street, that was nice to walk through. Parking was perfect and I never had to fight for a spot, due to having a designated parking spot. It's close to freeways, and access was never anI issue. The owners were professional, and replied to me in a timely fashion, whenever I needed them. I would rent this space again, if I took another nursing contract in the area.
