Money Hungry Landlord
First off Avi is going to try and get you to pay an extra $450 a month to take care of the pool and yard maintenance. He uses a mowing app that gets the lowest bidder, you can even see the quality of the yard in the pictures of this listing. He will only send the yard people out once every two weeks, or when you have to text him to complain about it. The back yard has an around 1000 square feet of grass, and he will try and withhold your entire deposit on the fact there was dog poop on the grass. Said the dog poop caused $7900 of damage to his less than 1000 square feet of grass, that he obviously does not really care about, or there wouldn’t be stickers and weeds all in the yard. We have asked to see the receipts and or estimates of the $7,900 charges and he still has not provided proof. It also says it is a heated pool, but the light did not even work in the pool the entire 6 months we stayed there.
