House in Bryan, Texas
Landlord Tenure: 1 year, 1 month
My guests describe this home as cozy, comfortable, and spacious. Built in 1939, it has some cool historical touches - like the screened in sleeping porch off of 2 of the bedrooms and shiplap throughout. The kitchen and bath are completely remodeled and a full-sized washer and dryer are tucked inside as well. Gas cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Keurig and drip coffee makers. Relax on the screened porch or on the front porch. ...
This cottage is full of character and offers a spacious and comfy living room and fully remodeled kitchen. Spacious rooms and hall closets (rare for old homes), hardwood floors, and comfy beds greet guests. The screened porch was used as a 'sleeping porch' before AC and now offers a great place to sip coffee or enjoy a cool drink. 3 Bedrooms and a large hall bathroom.
Quiet neighborhood with families and retirees. Convenient to Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, and major attractions in town - yet out of college traffic. Close to St.Joseph's Hospital in Bryan and a short drive to College Station hospitals including St.Joseph's and Baylor Scott & White.
Home away from home
I stayed here for three months and felt at home instantly. Cindy does a great job with communication and making sure I had everything I needed for a 3 month stay. King size bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen is fully stocked for everyday needs with plenty of counter space. The single bathroom is large, good counter space, and big enough for two people to use at once. AC ran great, and hot water never ran out. The fenced in yard was perfect for my dog, and I got plenty of use out of the screened porch. The house is very close to a main street with easy access to HEB, however the house feels tucked away from the city in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay at Cindys place again!
