I had a very good stay in this ADU. It is a cute little space with its own washer and dryer, which was very convenient. It has its own kitchen unit, and I was able to cook and clean easily. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. The hosts were kind and accommodated my requests. They have a friendly dog and kept him away from the backyard so I could come and go without any issues, which was very considerate. I had a change in plans partway through my stay, and the host was gracious enough to refund my second month's rent. The location is close to the hospital, which made getting to work easy. I'd happily recommend it to anyone staying in the area--especially those who want to stay long-term.
