This cozy, beach front property is a dream location! Literal steps from Tourmaline Beach and 5 minute walk to Law Steet. I've been living here for over 10 years and still wake up every morning in awe of my location. It is paradise. Cozy Space with bright light + breeze coming from the back patio. More private since its in the back, which stays cooler in the summer. Built in closet with 3 drawer dresser, Smart TV, Ceiling fan and comfy queen bed.
It's just me and my boyfriend stays a couple nights a week. I am gone all day from 7:30am- 5pm M-Thursdays and leave on the wknds a lot. I enjoy relaxing at home in the evenings but also am out with friends...
Neighborhood overview
Across the street from the historic Tourmaline Surf Beach in North Pacific beach. This area has a more chill and relaxed vibe compared to the heart of PB. The place is couple blocks south of Bird Rock (La Jolla) and Turquoise St which has lots of yummy food options as well as our neighborhood Grocery store (Gelsons). So many places to walk/bike to coffee shops, bars + restaurants.

My stay with Jenna was absolutely wonderful. Her home was safe, beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly easy to live in. What made the experience even more special was sharing the space with someone who is kind, welcoming, respectful, and an exceptional communicator. Living here felt comfortable from day one. The environment was positive, drama-free, and always felt like a place I could truly relax and enjoy. Over time, we became great friends, which speaks volumes about the quality of the experience. I cannot recommend her home highly enough. If you're looking for a place that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to live in, this is it. I am incredibly grateful for my time here and would absolutely recommend it without hesitation!
