Cozy Asheville Condo 5 min from downtown and walkable to Mission Hospital

simply the BEST

i cannot say enough good things about Kristen or this space. the apartment was cute, cozy, and thoughtfully put together, and it truly felt like home from day one. Kristen is one of the kindest and most attentive landlords i have ever had. she went above and beyond with a welcome package that included shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush, lotions, feminine products, batteries, paper towels, snacks, journals, and more. i was also marathon training and she took the time to share nearby running routes for both distance and speed workouts, which i really appreciated. she was always mindful, responsive, and respectful while also giving space, which felt like the perfect balance. it is clear she genuinely cares about the people staying in her home. i am so grateful for my time here and would highly recommend this furnished finder listing.
