Local, Clean, and Friendly
This townhouse was perfect for my contract at WakeMed Raleigh, just about a 15min commute. The location is unbeatable, with multiple shops right down the road (we loved Aversboro Coffee), 4 grocery stores within 3 minutes, and plenty more within a 10-minute drive. The home sits in a little community with neighbors that keep to themselves and we always felt safe. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen. Tom and Martha were exceptional landlords: kind, responsive, and thoughtful. They welcomed us with snacks and drinks, quickly handled any maintenance, and even replaced a broken oven within days. They truly went above and beyond. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!
