Beautiful property! Plenty of space. New appliances. Nice fenced in backyard. But the landlords set it apart! Martha & Tom make you feel like family. I brought my own family up for the summer and they added a larger table & more chairs out back so the entire family could sit out back. Added on to the patio so my grill didn't have to sit in the dirt. Made sure my kids had toys and made their room feel like their own space. I only had 2 issues with something not working properly and they got if fix right away. And when it was time for my family to go home, Martha brought them a farewell gift, soccer jerseys! More than just a place to stay. Tom & Martha will make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Truly a blessing!

Local, Clean, and Friendly

This townhouse was perfect for my contract at WakeMed Raleigh, just about a 15min commute. The location is unbeatable, with multiple shops right down the road (we loved Aversboro Coffee), 4 grocery stores within 3 minutes, and plenty more within a 10-minute drive. The home sits in a little community with neighbors that keep to themselves and we always felt safe. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen. Tom and Martha were exceptional landlords: kind, responsive, and thoughtful. They welcomed us with snacks and drinks, quickly handled any maintenance, and even replaced a broken oven within days. They truly went above and beyond. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!
