I'm a retired builder and I live in Iowa city with my wife who is a practicing physician. We have five children and most of them live here. Two work at the University Hospital in healthcare and one owns her own business as a physician. We built a new home and its currently going to be a rental for the near future. We feel Iowa City is the best small city in the country and enjoy living here.
