A fenced 2.5 acres with gate. Quiet and safe. Seems like middle of the country, but general store, post office and restaurants are only 3 minutes away.
This is not a resort area. More like rural and peaceful but not far from anything. Beautiful ocean views.
Some rain, specially during winter months, but thats why its so green and lush.

This is a 2.5 acre property with a remote access gate, very quiet and very safe. Haiku is on the north shore of the island, in the rain forest, so everything is green. Weather is perfect, tradewinds to cool you, some rain to keep things green year round, About 5 minutes from Ho'okipa beach, 2 minutes from grocery store, 2 restaurants and post office, 20 minutes to airport.

I have a nice and comfortable house in Haiku, Maui. It is very quiet and peaceful with fabulous ocean views. The house is 2200sq.ft. 3bdrm/2bath plus an outdoor shower. It has an outdoor covered lanaii with table, chairs and a gas bbq. Huge open beam ceilings, large high deff smart tv, split AC.
