Phenomenal Experience

Ethan's house is fantastic! The location for anyone seeking outdoor adventure or the city life that SLC has to offer is spot on. With a view of the whole valley the sunsets on the patio were one of my favorite things. Inside the house is spacious, clean, and layed out extremely well. It's a great quiet place to work from home and the perfect space to host a game night! Walking up the stairs to my car withthe view of Mt. Olympusin the background never ceased to make me smile. Overall Ethan's house was the perfect space for me!

Ethan is super responsive and extremely helpful in making this place feel like home. You have your own private entrance in the back with a very large living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was supplied with all the basics along with the bathroom. You can tell he has put a lot of thought into this home. Enjoy beautiful views of the city every night! 10/10 recommend! Don't miss out on this place!

Nothing like it!

This was such a cozy, beautiful, well-kept space. Everything inside was remodeled and clean. Plenty of kitchenware, closet space, storage, etc. You can tell Ethan really loves his home and takes pride in what he puts in it. I felt lucky to be able to stay here and have a view of the city and the mountains every day. Nothing in the space felt cheap, everything was very curated and thought through. Hard to beat a place like this or a landlord like Ethan.
