Great Apartment

Clean, very well appointed apartment. Had everything I needed and more. Owners were pleasant, helpful and responsive. Perfect location for working at St. Luke’s. Nearby grocery stores, restaurants and parks.

Sioux City

I stayed here for almost 5 months. They have asupplied this home with everything you could need even baking supplies and spices if you need it. Cyndi is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Its great to be so close to the hospital. Its also in a safe neighborhood, overall the property is well located, its close to other conveniences such as restaurants and grocery storage. My only issue with the property is that your cell phone may not work well inside the apartment. I did find that I had to FaceTime to get decent cell service even putting my phone on Wi-Fi.

Amazing stay

I lived here for 4 weeks during a clinical rotation and it was great!! I had no issues at all. The place is very comfortable, has everything you need and in a great area. There is parking right outside on the driveway which was convenient . Cindy was super helpful and always responded if I needed anything. Would 100% recommend staying here.
