An Exceptional Home Away from Home - 6 Months of Comfort!
We originally booked Kerry’s property at 1905 9th Street for one month and ended up staying six—that alone says everything about how wonderful this place is. From the very first day, Kerry was warm, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Every question was answered quickly, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her flexibility truly stood out. When we decided to extend our stay, she made the process effortless and was always accommodating of our changing needs. That level of understanding is rare and made our entire experience stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—restaurants, grocery stores, medical facilities, and entertainment were all just minutes away, making life in Tucson easy and enjoyable. The property itself was immaculate, thoughtfully furnished, and felt like a true home rather than a rental. This was an exceptional stay from start to finish.
Amazing Accommodation!!
This place was an amazing, amazing place to stay at as a visiting med student to the area. 5 minutes from the main hospital and clinics and very close to downtown. The house was very clean with all the essential things for living (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, soap, etc). Had a modern feel with personal touches. Was also very safe as a solo traveler. I don't think there is a photo in the listing, but the house is surrounded by a metal fence and there is a sliding gate that gives private access to the driveway and house. Kerry, the landowner, was extremely easy to contact for instructions and questions. I also appreciate that on the day I arrived the AC was already on in the 100+F weather!
