Condo review

My wife and I stayed at the condo for 5 months and we enjoyed every bit of it. It has everything you need for either a short term or long term stay. The location is great too, and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Overall, it’s a great place to live especially when places around town are hard to find!

Awesome place!

We stayed at this unit for 5 months and it was perfect. We had everything we could have needed- pool, gym, spacious closet, kitchen utensils, linens, vacuum. The pull out bed was a nice addition as well. Located right off of Ellington parkway, avoided a lot of downtown traffic. Eric was a very responsive and reliable host! Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect!

I rented Eric's condo for 3 months and it was perfect. Eric was really great to work with. He's responsive, kind, and attentive. The condo was everything I could have asked for. So clean and in great shape, well designed so it feels like home, pretty much every kitchen and home appliance you could need, and the bed is SO comfy! The condo building itself feels really safe, it's well lit, security cameras, great amenities, nice neighbors, etc. If I weren't leaving Nashville, I definitely would have stayed longer.
