Our home is situated on a lovely, quiet lake zoned for no gas powered motor boats. This makes it a wildlife refuge for turtles, ducks, wading birds, and the occasional gator. We have a large swimming pool. a hot tub (available for occasional use), and a far infrared sauna that is great for relaxation and sore muscles. Guests are welcome to use the sauna daily. Our home is in an older, established neighborhood thirty minutes north of Tampa. It is a very safe, quiet neighborhood but it is not a gated community. We do have numerous community parks that are for Lake Padgett residents only. The largest park has tennis and pickleball.
