Neighborhood overview
We sit in the heart of the North Park neighborhood, near its main streets of 30th and North Park Ave, which is home to the most popular restaurants and bars in San Diego.
North Park is San Diego's version of LA's Silver Lake or New York's Park Slope - we have many local coffee shops and restaurants, are one of the most walkable areas in the city, have access to great public transport, and are very close to Balboa Park. ...

I stayed here during my transition to finding a new home, and it couldnt have been a better experience. Mo, the landlord, was incredibly flexible, responsive, and genuinely caring, always there when I needed anything. The space itself is in a perfect North Park location: quiet, comfortable, and close to everything. Theres always parking, which is rare for the area, and the sunset views are beautiful. Highly recommend staying here if youre looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with a great host!

Great long term stay
I had a great time staying here while relocating to San Diego. Convenient to local amenities, downtown San Diego, and the interstate. Chickens were friendly, clean, and quiet. The courtyard is a great place to relax, and the kitchen and laundry are super convenient. Parking was never an issue. Friendly and personable landlord and neighbors. Highly recommended, especially if you've never visited this neighborhood!
