I stayed here during my transition to finding a new home, and it couldnt have been a better experience. Mo, the landlord, was incredibly flexible, responsive, and genuinely caring, always there when I needed anything. The space itself is in a perfect North Park location: quiet, comfortable, and close to everything. Theres always parking, which is rare for the area, and the sunset views are beautiful. Highly recommend staying here if youre looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with a great host!

Great long term stay
I had a great time staying here while relocating to San Diego. Convenient to local amenities, downtown San Diego, and the interstate. Chickens were friendly, clean, and quiet. The courtyard is a great place to relax, and the kitchen and laundry are super convenient. Parking was never an issue. Friendly and personable landlord and neighbors. Highly recommended, especially if you've never visited this neighborhood!
