A hidden gem with the best hosts and an unbeatable location

Julie and Ted's place is exactly the kind of spot you hope to find when you're searching for somewhere to land. They are so genuinely friendly and welcoming, and it really comes through from day one. You feel like a neighbor, not a stranger passing through. The apartment has its own private entrance which is a huge plus, and you get to enjoy the shared garden as well as a private backyard with actual fruit trees. Seriously, the backyard alone is worth it. So peaceful and such a nice bonus you don't expect. And the location? Really hard to beat. Just two blocks away you've got a farmer's market, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, two supermarkets, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, a post office, and good shopping. You really don't need a car. The neighborhood is super walkable and has a great friendly vibe to it. If you get the chance to stay here, just go for it. Ted and Julie are great people and this place checks all the boxes. I'd come back in a heartbeat.
