Extremely bizarre and off-putting experience

I typed up the whole story but it turns out theres a 1000 character max that I well exceeded. Long story short katrina constantly came over to take back things she offered me. For instance she suggested i walk my dog in the orchard and then came back a few weeks later to say I was trespassing. She agreed my trailer was perfectly fine parked there but kept making me move it. She said I could stay longer if needed then took it back. She said she would prorate my rent back to me but never did. On move out day she turned the sprinklers on all morning while I was in and out packing so that I had to get wet. on move out day, after agreeing everything was good she went back inside, I heard a loud bang and she came out with a piece of the window saying I did it. She also typed up a letter that said i was trespassing, under constant surveillance and the authorities had been notified. I was always clean, quiet and respectful. No idea what happened. Seriously disturbing behavior.
