Avoid this Rental

I would not recommend this property to anyone based on my experience. During my tenancy, I experienced a temporary lockout and did not have a functioning physical key to the unit until after the lockout experience. There were also repeated issues with access and coordination around entry. Maintenance concerns, including a bathroom wall leak, a non-functioning dryer, and an unsanitary mattress, were not addressed in a timely or effective manner. Additionally, there was confirmed pest involvement during my stay that ultimately required outside intervention. These issues, combined with inconsistent communication and delays in resolution, made the unit extremely difficult to live in as expected and forced me to vacate earlier than planned. While the security deposit was returned in full at the end of the tenancy, the overall experience and price I paid did not reflect what was represented or what I would expect from a furnished rental.
