Newly Remodeled House on Scenic Drive with Backyard Retreat

Lovely stay in well-appointed home

We had a wonderful six-month stay in Rob and Lynda's home. Starting with a three month lease, we extended for another three months, as our experience had been very positive. Located in a beautiful walking neighborhood filled with historic homes, this home is also close to walking trails boasting expansive views of Ashland and the surrounding mountains. Its location just 0.7 miles from downtown provides easy walking or driving access to shopping and dining. The house itself is comfortable and well-appointed. The backyard is certainly its crowning glory, with a fire pit and covered area for dining and leisure. Our stay was excellent, and I would highly recommend this home.

Warm Hospitality and a Perfect Location

During our stay, Rob and Lynda demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The property is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, with the added advantage of being conveniently located close to downtown is a 15-minute walk. A notable feature of the residence is the backyard, complete with a gas fire pit under a gazebo, offering an excellent setting for evening relaxation. There is a small deck connected directly to the house which serves as an ideal spot for morning coffee or enjoying the surroundings. The bedrooms are configured to privacy for all guests. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, while an adjacent room with a daybed/single. The private queen bedroom provides additional seclusion within a quiet section of the home. The residence is equipped with ample fresh linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is outfitted, making meal preparation effortless, and the home also features modern appliances, including a washer, dryer, and dishwasher for guests convenience.
