This condo has recently been remodeled. It is nicely furnished. The community is small and quiet. Our building has only 4 units. The pool is close but not too close to hear people at the pool. You can see water out the front door. We have a covered assigned parking spot. Walk to restaurants/barber/massage. Grocery is close by and has a walking sidewalk all the way.
