Wonderful, calm, and attentive
I stayed here for about a month while doing a rotation at a clinic in Lexington. The condo is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a Kroger just a few blocks away which is very convenient. The landlord was very responsive to questions/requests. I do wish there was a bit more cookware, but otherwise it was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay
My friend and I rented this place while we worked at University of Kentucky hospital and loved it. It's perfect for two friends looking to live together since it's two full baths are off each bedroom. It also allowed easy access to everything you could need and some of the best restaurants in town. The landlords were great to work with and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Lexington.
