This cottage was built in the early 1900s. It has been fully remodeled. It is quiet and comfortable. There is an office space, a large living & dining room area, a full bath and a bedroom. Our prior tenants have loved living in this cottage. It is quiet, peaceful and charming. Most have stayed three to four years with us before we started using Furnished Finder.
Neighborhood overview
Ivywild is an eclectic and fun neighborhood with many new shops and restaurants. It is very walkable with three grocery stores, Bristol Brewing at the Ivywild school, the Caffeinated Cow for coffee and ice cream, Crumbl cookies, summer outdoor concerts, a park and more. We are close to Bear Creek Regional Park, Stratton Meadows open space and North Cheyenne Canyon for hiking and biking.

Great Little Cottage
The cottage was remodeled very nicely. Even though it's on the same property as the main house and another cottage it still has its own space. It was great not sharing walls with anyone as I was working an early shift. My dog loved the outside space that gets plenty of sun in the summer time. The hosts are fantastic, easy to communicate with, and so nice. The nieghborhood has many fun places to check out within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here!
