Great for an internship!

I lived in this unit for 2 months for an internship at BNY, and it was perfect for the time I was here. Has a driveway, the town is quiet, neighbors are friendly, utilities are included, and the landlord is perfectly enjoyable to communicate with. The nearest bus stop to downtown is a mere 3 minute walk. Considering the spacious studio and full kitchen + bathroom, I don't think you can beat this price compared to a stay on most nearby properties. Decorated nicely, too. Highly recommend.

Great Amenities with a Great Landlord!

This apartment was a wonderful space to stay in. Perfect size for a studio and very clean. I also loved the lemon tree accent plant! The amenities were also awesome. Off-street parking was peace of mind for parking. In-unit laundry is also a game changer for a studio. I loved not having to take my laundry somewhere else to get it done. The mini split unit also controlled the temperature of the apartment very well. Kevin was a very kind and responsive landlord. If you need anything, do not hesitate to reach out to him. He is quick to help with any situation that may pop up, big or small. He truly cared that I enjoyed my stay and that I was the most comfortable I could be. A nice touch is the security camera with light right outside the front door to make me feel safe. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Perfect Space, Perfect Location

This little studio is more than I could have asked for. Everything was as pictured. The kitchen is remarkable for a studio apartment and the shower is spacious with great water pressure. It was very clean upon arrival as well with fresh sheets on the bed and freshly laundered towels. The location is amazing as well. Walkable to beautiful parks, the cemetery (yes, people go walking there) and many places to eat and shop. One of my favorite things is being one block from Aldi, so I don't have to walk far to get my groceries. Friendship Perk and Brew is a local coffee shop another 2 blocks away with a good atmosphere. It is a great place to stay!

Great 6 month stay

I had a great experience staying in this apartment. The space was comfortable, clean, and convenient, and it made my time in the city feel easy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it!

Clean studio in great neighborhood!

I was lucky enough to find this place while working in Pittsburgh as a travel nurse. This spacious studio apartment had everything I wanted & more. It was clean, bright, and had all up to date appliances. I loved the location and neighborhood so much I hope to move to the area permanently one day. I was able to walk to work, parks, the gym, and multiple grocery stores. There are always cool events happening along the main street of Penn Avenue. The neighbors next door are so kind and welcoming - I was sad to leave this spot! Kevin is a responsive, kind, and transparent landlord. He genuinely wants you to feel comfortable and safe during your stay. I will definitely be reaching out to Kevin if I ever find myself back in Pittsburgh and in need of housing!

Perfect place to stay. Just like the pictures, and even better!!

I stayed in this studio during my summer internship, and I'm very happy with my choice. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is clean, new, and well organized. The landlord's profile gives a true picture of who he is and how kindly and respectfully he treats the people who stay in his place. He is really like that! The unit has everything I needed and stable high-speed internet for my remote work without any issues. The area is very quiet, and the location is great, with a grocery store less than five minutes away. It is also very safe, with motion lights, cameras outside, and a secure digital lock. The landlord always gives notice if he needs to send someone to fix something or visit the place and asks what time is best for you. He truly respects the tenant and solves any issues quickly. I thought it was a scam at first, but it was all real. Everything looked new, and I feel lucky I found this place. You can trust the photos and the landlord!
