Perfect Germantown Home

I stayed at Ashley's home for four months and genuinely loved my time there. The house is bright, airy, and has a great layout with just the right amount of space for two people. The location couldn't have been better. Being able to walk to Neuhoff, the riverfront walking path, restaurants, bars, and local shops made everyday life so easy, and the neighborhood was one of my favorite parts of living there. The front porch became a regular gathering spot for friends, and street parking was always easy to find, which was a huge bonus. Ashley was also fantastic to rent from. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and always quick to help if anything came up. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home in a great part of Nashville.

Perfect Home and Location

I loved staying here. It's a beautiful, thoughtfully furnished and quiet home and Ashley was amazing to rent from. Great communication and care. Location was perfect. Easy to get to many places from home since highway ramp is close by. A lot of fun places are walking distance. Grocery store is down the block. Never had issues with parking including when we had guests. There is parking space at the back of the house, but street parking was always open so I never even bothered. I had nothing but positive experiences living here.

Amazing Home

The home and the location are amazing, and Ashley was a pleasure to deal with. We loved the location so much we bought a home in the neighborhood. Easy to get to everything, a ton of light in the home, nice furniture and the finishes and updates she has made are high quality. Cant recommend this place enough.

Ashley's home

I absolutely loved my stay in Ashley's home! It felt like staying with an old friend. She was so warm and kind, going out of her way to make me feel welcome, sharing local favorites, and even inviting me to a few things around town. Her home was stunning, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect. I felt safe, it was extremely walkable, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I really appreciated how genuine and open she was. It made my trip so much more special. Would stay again in a heartbeat, highly, highly recommend.
