This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Dave is a great landlord. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept.

My experience renting from Dave has gone above and beyond what I expected! You never know who you are getting during these temporary stays, but I can say you won't be disappointed in the quality of your stay and just the good person Dave is. The room has everything you need from a full size closet, mini fridge, desk, dresser, and it is quiet and cozy. The private bath is a nice bonus too. The full access within the house has been great as everything you need is already here! The entire house is clean and even the backyard is well kept and nicely manicured plus hot tub access! The neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy as it is directly in front of the house. Very walkable area with easy access to the river, shopping, and Highway 50. You won't be disappointed renting from Dave as he is courteous, respectful, responsive, social, giving, and just an all around great person!
