Hidden Gem

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Place was very nicely re-habbed. It is very clean, quiet and has an amazing pond with a 3/4mi walking trail in the backyard. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cutlery, cookware and small appliances. Tom and Carol are great and really tried to make my stay comfortable, even taking the time to upgrade the toilet, heater and decorations during my stay. They were very easy to contact and took care of any issues I had very quickly and even made upgrades to the property while I was there, to ensure I was warm and comfortable during an unusually cold winter. Wish I had found this place earlier in my contract as I was sad to leave once my contract ended. If I end up in Bloomington again, will definitely be looking to rent here again. Just one thing- the entrance for lower level is through the garage so make sure you contact Tom and Carol in advance to let them know when you want to check-in/check-out.
