Awesome ADU with amazing host
I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed staying at Elham's ADU. She has been so thoughtful in laying out the home that it feels much bigger than 460 square feet. The place is also brand new. Tons of storage. A full range kitchen. Great size bedroom and bathroom. It really does feel like a mini-house. The ADU is detached from the house and further in the backyard so tons of privacy. It also gets a ton of lights. I had a car and parked on the street. Easy to find parking in front and super safe. I accidentally left my cellphone in my car in full view overnight and... nothing happened. And above all else, Elham is such a super sweet and welcoming host. I am lucky that I am staying in San Jose so I get to meet up with her afterwards. But the ADU and her truly made my relocation stress-free. I'm gonna miss being there. I can't stay because I needed a place to fit my family and dogs.
