wonderful stay last fall at the pond

We had such a wonderful stay at the farm last fall. The hosts were great and helped us with so many great recommendations for food (Jacks is a must) and services. They definitely went above and beyond. The carriage house was cozy and met our needs very nicely. It was like being at a retreat! Would highly recommend to anyone.

A peaceful place that feels like home!

I had a truly relaxing stay at Ice Pond Farm. The family was incredibly warm and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I originally chose this location because of its proximity to UVAs cancer treatment center, but it turned out to be so much more than convenient. The farm was a serene sanctuary, surrounded by beautiful scenery, while still being close to stores, restaurants, and fun things to do. The apartment had just the right amount of space, was spotless, and the well-stocked kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. Im so grateful for the comfort and care I found here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay.

I stayed at this property for about 2 1/2 months and absolutely loved it! The apartment above the garage is a spacious two bedroom with plenty of included items, from pots and pans to tool boxes, and towels. The property is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of area to walk around and a few hidden trails. The property owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet farm stay near Charlottesville!

Charming farm apartment!

I stayed here while renovating my house and was so grateful for such a gorgeous, well appointed apartment. The views are stunning, and I loved watching the horses play in their paddocks.
