Bungalow Studio Apt 1 - Entire Place

Comfortable studio

Very nice upper studio that has separate kitchen and bedroom area. Lots of sunlight in every room. Ashley and Ryan are very good landlords, they are responsive and will provide you with what you need for your stay. Would recommend!

I stayed here for the summer throughout the length of my internship. The location is very convenient for commuting to downtown, taking only 15-20 minutes during rush hour depending on where you're going. I would highly recommend this property for such purposes. The landlord is also very responsive and accommodating, and communication was effortless.

Highly Recommended

I stayed here for 5 months (June to early November 2025). My stay was quiet and lovely. Any maintenance request was carried out immediately. The apartment had more than I thought. The Kitchen had most utensils needed to cook a meal, the bathroom was sparkling, as well as the bedroom. My stay was indeed great.

Great Studio

I highly recommend staying here if youre looking for a nice studio apartment in the Houston area. I stayed for a little over 2 months in the middle of the summer and had a great experience. AC worked great and kept it cool all the time. All the kitchen appliances were great as well. The landlord was always quick to answer and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
